Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible once your payment is confirmed.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
Once your item(s) are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
Once shipped out, please allow 3–9 business days for delivery.
So allow a total of 4-12 business days from the day of the purchase until you receive the products.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do NOT ship orders the same day.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.
We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends.
3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
- You will receive a tracking number within 1 - 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
4. Where can I find my tracking number?
- Once your order is shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you automatically. If you don't receive this email or if the tracking number isn't working, please contact us at honexmouthpiecerelief@gmail.com.
5. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at honexmouthpiecerelief@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
6. How Do I Cancel An Order?
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at honexmouthpiecerelief@gmail.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Unexpected Delays
While most orders (99% of orders) arrive within the standard timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times up to 75 days (international customs processing, holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc). Rest assured, we still will ensure your order is delivered. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which can take up to 48 hours.
You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
If there is an issue with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update.
In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be delivered.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
Due to fast processing times, there is a very small window to cancel, modify, or change an order address.
If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate the request; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund excluding shipping costs.
